- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 cups frozen banana slices
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
- For the strawberry flavor, add the frozen strawberries, honey, and lemon juice to the food processor and blend until creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- For the banana flavor, add the frozen banana slices, honey, and vanilla extract and blend until creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
Notes
For a sweeter taste, adjust the honey to your preference.
