Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts horizontally into cutlets.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter, sear chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken, and in the same pan, add butter and sauté minced garlic.
- Stir in flour to create a roux, then incorporate chicken stock until thickened.
- Whisk in sour cream and ranch seasoning to create the creamy sauce.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and garnish with parsley.

For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with cornstarch.
