Instructions
- Mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a bowl, warm slightly to meld flavors.
- Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally into cutlets, season.
- Mix paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne—divide into two bowls for flour and Panko.
- Bread chicken by coating it in flour, dipping in eggs, and rolling in Panko.
- Fry cutlets in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- Broil cutlets topped with feta for 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and serve immediately.
