Description

Crockpot Teriyaki Steak Bites features tender steak combined with pineapple and a savory teriyaki sauce. This meal is quick to prepare, perfect for a cozy dinner, and packed with mouthwatering flavors that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak pieces until lightly browned.
  3. Transfer the seared steak to the slow cooker and add the pineapple chunks.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and cornstarch.
  5. Pour the whisked sauce over the steak and stir briefly.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours until the steak is tender.
  7. Before serving, stir the sauce to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak in the teriyaki sauce for a couple of hours before cooking.
