- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp curry powder (for sauce)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 4 pieces naan bread
- 2 cups steamed rice
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with spices and yogurt for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook marinated chicken in oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sauté garlic and onion in butter until translucent.
- Add tomato sauce and sugar, simmer briefly, then return chicken to the skillet.
- Stir in heavy cream, adjust seasoning, and simmer for 10 minutes.
