Description

Ingredients

  • Rice Krispies cereal (6 cups)
  • Mini marshmallows (10 oz)

  • Ground cinnamon (1½ tsp)
  • Brown sugar (â…“ cup)
  • Granulated sugar (â…“ cup for topping)
  • Ground cinnamon for topping (1 tsp)
  • Nonstick spray or butter

Instructions

  • Brown the butter in a large pot over medium heat until golden.
  • Add marshmallows, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; stir until melted.
  • Mix in Rice Krispies cereal until coated.
  • Fold in additional mini marshmallows for extra gooeyness.
  • Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.

Notes
