- 10 oz Mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar for topping
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon for topping
- Nonstick spray or butter, as needed
Instructions
- Brown the butter in a large pot over medium heat until golden.
- Add marshmallows, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; stir until melted.
- Mix in Rice Krispies cereal until coated.
- Fold in additional mini marshmallows for extra gooeyness.
- Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top while warm.
- Cool completely and cut into squares.
Notes
Ensure not to compact the mixture too tightly to keep bars chewy.
Use room temperature butter for better browning.
You can substitute larger marshmallows, but adjust the quantity.
