- All-Purpose Flour (2 cups / 248g)
- Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoons)
- Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil until smooth; add pumpkin puree and eggs and whisk well.
- Fold in buttermilk gently, then mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, topping with granulated sugar before baking.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
