Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium-high heat until browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in coleslaw mix and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently until the cabbage is tender but still crunchy.
- Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a separate bowl. Pour over beef and cabbage mixture, stirring to combine.
- Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and serve garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
