Description

Ingredients

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Yellow Onions
  • Garlic
  • Beef Broth
  • Shell Pasta
  • Dried Thyme
  • Heavy Cream
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over low heat and add sliced onions, cooking until caramelized.
  • Include minced garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant, then deglaze with beef broth.
  • Add remaining broth and shell pasta, simmering until pasta is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
