- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt

- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over low heat and add sliced onions, cooking until caramelized.
- Include minced garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant, then deglaze with beef broth.
