- 3/4 cups brown sugar

- 1 cup mini-chocolate chips
- 1 cup easter m&m's
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until thoroughly combined.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture, beating until well mixed.
- Gradually incorporate the flour mixture, mixing until everything is combined smoothly.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and Easter M&M's until evenly distributed in the dough.
- Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there's adequate space between each scoop for spreading.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
- After removing from the oven, press extra mini chocolate chips and M&M's into the tops of the warm cookies.
Notes
For a chewier cookie, slightly underbake them for the suggested time.
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
You can also substitute the Easter M&M’s with regular ones for a year-round treat.
