Description

This Maple Dijon Pork Tenderloin is a delightful dish showcasing a sweet and spicy glaze, making it a wonderful option for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • In a saucepan, sauté minced garlic, then add maple syrup, Dijon mustard, Sriracha, soy sauce, and vinegar; whisk and simmer until thickened.
  • Rub pork with a spice mix of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear pork in an oven-safe skillet until golden brown on all sides.
  • Brush pork with glaze and roast for 10-12 minutes until internal temperature hits 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from oven, let rest, slice, and serve drizzled with remaining glaze and parsley.

Notes

For an extra kick, add more Sriracha to the glaze.
You can use honey instead of maple syrup if desired.
Marinating the pork in the glaze for a few hours will enhance the flavor.
