Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and prepare mini muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Cut pie crusts into 2.5-inch rounds and fit them into muffin tins.
- Peel and dice apples, then boil for 3-5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Combine flour, sugar, and butter to create crumble topping.
- Fill crusts with apples, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and top with crumble.
- Bake for 12 minutes until crusts are golden brown.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing.
