- 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
- 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
- 1 pound almond bark
- 1/3 cup green candy melts optional
Instructions
- Place the Mint Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and combined.
- Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion the mixture and roll it into balls. Arrange the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes, or until they become firm.
- Melt the almond bark according to package instructions until it is smooth and no lumps remain.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark and gently tap off any excess coating before returning them to the baking sheet.
- If using, melt the green candy melts and drizzle them over the coated truffles.
- Let the coating set completely before serving or storing.
