- White granulated sugar (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
- Large eggs (2)
- Oil (1/4 cup)
- Pure vanilla extract (3 tsp total)
- Instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Heavy cream (1/2 cup + 1 1/2 cups)
- Powdered sugar (1/4 cup)
- Cream cheese (2 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- Blend Oreos into fine crumbs for the crust; mix in melted butter and press into the pan, then bake for 11 minutes.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt for brownie layer.
- Whisk sugar and eggs until light; mix in melted butter, oil, and vanilla, then add dry ingredients.
- Pour brownie batter over cooled crust and bake for 27-29 minutes, then cool completely.
- Prepare pudding by whisking heavy cream until stiff; blend pudding mix and milk, then fold in whipped cream.
- Spread pudding layer over brownie and chill for 2 hours.
- Make whipped cream topping and spread over pudding before serving.
