Description

The Pioneer Woman Chicken Rice Casserole is a comforting dish that combines tender chicken, fluffy rice, and melted cheddar cheese for a delicious family meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine shredded chicken, long-grain rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.

  • Bake for 45 minutes until rice is tender.
  • Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
