- 1 large egg

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup cinnamon baking chips
- 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 13×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Crush Golden Oreo cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter and press into the baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add egg, vanilla, spice, and pumpkin puree until creamy.
- Slice sugar cookie dough and arrange on top of the pumpkin filling; sprinkle cinnamon chips.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until set and golden brown; cool completely and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Slice into squares and serve.
