Description

These Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups are a delightful treat with a luscious whipped cream and fresh fruit combination. Perfect for any gathering, they’re simple to prepare and bursting with flavor!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and icing sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 10 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Adjust sweetness with more icing sugar if desired. Set aside.
  2. In a cup, layer 1/3 cup of chopped strawberries, followed by 1/2 cup of whipped cream, and 1/2 cup of blueberries. Repeat for the remaining servings.
  3. Top with additional whipped cream and a strawberry if desired.

Notes

Ensure the heavy cream is cold for better whipping results.
You can use more icing sugar depending on your preferred sweetness.
Feel free to substitute strawberries with raspberries for a twist.
