Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 10 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Sour cream and spicy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a large sheet pan with parchment paper, lightly misting with oil.
- In a large skillet on medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion, crumbling the meat until there's no pink. Drain excess grease if needed, then stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with about 4 tablespoons of the prepared taco meat, sprinkle some cheese, fold them in half, and place them on the baking sheet. Lightly mist tortillas with olive oil.
- Bake the tacos in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Carefully flip the tacos, mist once more with olive oil to ensure crispiness, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve hot with your preferred toppings.
Notes
These tacos can be customized with various toppings such as lettuce, tomato, and salsa for added flavor.
Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
