- 3 medium fresh pears

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C) and grease the baking dish.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine with melted butter until crumbly.
- Prepare the fruit filling by mixing chopped pears, blackberries, sugars, and spices in a large bowl.
- Spread the fruit mixture in the baking dish and top evenly with crumble.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until the topping is golden and juices are bubbling.
- Let cool for 20 minutes before serving, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
