- 1 bottle Buffalo wing sauce (I prefer Primal Palate brand)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F and pat chicken wings dry.
- Combine potato starch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken drummettes with dry mixture thoroughly.
- Spray air fryer basket with olive oil and place wings in a single layer.
- Air fry wings for 20-23 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes.
- Warm buffalo sauce and toss cooked wings in the sauce before serving.
Notes
Ensure wings are very dry before coating for crispy results.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary.
