Description

These crispy air fryer buffalo wings are packed with flavor and perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in. Quick to make and incredibly delicious!


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken drummettes
  • 2 Tablespoons potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Freshly ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1 bottle Buffalo wing sauce (I prefer Primal Palate brand)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F and pat chicken wings dry.
  • Combine potato starch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Coat chicken drummettes with dry mixture thoroughly.
  • Spray air fryer basket with olive oil and place wings in a single layer.
  • Air fry wings for 20-23 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes.
  • Warm buffalo sauce and toss cooked wings in the sauce before serving.

Notes

Ensure wings are very dry before coating for crispy results.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary.
Adjust buffalo sauce to your heat preference.
