- 6 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil or coconut oil

- 3 regular-size candy canes
Instructions
- Prepare the pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the first layer of white chocolate with vegetable oil and pour it into the pan, refrigerating until set.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate with oil, mix in peppermint extract, and pour over the chilled white layer, refrigerating again.
- Melt the remaining white chocolate and pour it over the semi-sweet layer. Top with crushed candy canes before chilling again.
- Once set, remove from the pan and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
