- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 4 cups organic apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup whole cranberries
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine almond milk and apple cider vinegar; let rest for 5 mins.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix in cold vegan butter until coarse crumbs form.
- Pour in almond milk mixture; stir until combined and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Mix sliced apples and cranberries with sugar, cornstarch, and spices; set aside.
- Prepare crumble by mixing flour, oats, sugar, and butter until crumbly.
- Roll out the chilled dough and place in a pie dish, pre-bake for 10-15 mins.
- Fill crust with the apple-cranberry mixture and sprinkle crumble on top.
- Bake for 45-60 mins until golden; cool completely before serving.
Notes
Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
Use cold ingredients for a flaky crust.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
