- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Celery (Diced)
- 1 cup Grapes (Halved)
- 1/2 cup Pecan Halves (Roughly Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, and lemon juice; toss well to coat.
- Stir in diced celery, halved grapes, and roughly chopped pecans.
- In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until peaks form, then gently fold in the mayonnaise until combined.
- Combine the apple mixture with the whipped cream mixture, then add salt to taste and mix well.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight for the best flavor.
Notes
For added flavor, try using tart apples like Granny Smith.
